Be sure you obtain genuine equipment to fully benefit from the manufacturer's warranty. The MIDEA Air-Conditioning Unit has a M-A-S-S-I-V-E 14,000Btu/hr (4. 1kW) total nominal cooling PLUS an integral 2kW electric heater for year-round operation. These units are ideal for small computer rooms, offices, or in the home. Most importantly, the unit is complete with an integral CONDENSATE REMOVAL PUMP, which automatically removes the condensate moisture that collects within the unit. The pump discharges the water through a rubber tube (6mm diameter) which would normally be routed through a nearby window. It has a similar output to wall-mounted air conditioning systems but without all the cost and hassle of having to install it. This unit is ideal for large rooms, conservatories, offices or server rooms. As this is such a powerful unit it may not be suitable for quiet areas, like bedrooms, as its noisier than other smaller units. Features include a remote control, programmeable 12 hour timer that will turn the unit off when desired, 3 cooling speeds and 4 modes of operation (automatic, cooling, dehumidifying and fan only). As it is a monobloc system it needs to vent the hot air outside so it's vent hose must be fed through a slightly open window or door.
